CONCERT TOURING
Chameleon has been providing touring production for Australian and International acts for many years. From pubs and clubs, to arenas and stadiums as well as many festivals, we train all of our production crew to be world class in this field.
Recent tours include The Killers, Robbie Williams, Kendrick Lamar, Midnight Oil, and Celine Dion.
DRY HIRE
The heart and soul of any production company, Chameleon has been providing a driveway hire service since the beginning. Community and church groups, small theatres, discos, other production companies, television studios, gaffers, pubs and clubs, new bands, old bands are always welcome.
THEATRE
Since Starlight Express hit our shores in 1987 Chameleon has prepped and supplied countless systems across four continents for numerous productions. We provide systems for productions by the Sydney Dance Company, Bell Shakespeare, Opera Australia, Sydney Theatre Company and countless other artistic organisations both in Australia and around the world.
FILM & TELEVISION
We have been providing vast amounts of equipment and expertise to the the film and television industry in Australia for 30 years.
We've provided large scale dimmer, lighting and power distribution systems for many feature films.
Our television studio and location work has been consistent with many seasons of Australian Idol, X Factor, The Voice, the ARIAs to name a few.
CORPORATE EVENTS
Our corporate events department is constantly busy, lighting everything from product launches, gala dinners, awards nights, conferences, fundraisers to so much more.
Our large scale events card has always been full and has included the Sydney Olympics, Melbourne Commonwealth Games and the Rugby World Cup.
MANUFACTURING
We have a metalwork manufacturing facility at Chameleon where we are often contracted to make custom trussing, light pods, set pieces, staging, lamp dollys, soft ladders and many other useful lighting tools. For example, we have a vast range of weather protection equipment that has been manufactured in-house for protecting our inventory.
